Horse Riding in Cappadocia
The word Cappadocia comes from the Hittite name Katpatuka which means Land of Beautiful Wild Horses.
Not surprisingly, horse riding is the easiest way of getting into the spectacular local landscape.
The countryside here is special in every season. In the spring there are beautiful wild flowers and the
scent of wild thyme, in the summer the crops are gradually becoming ripe, and in the fall the harvesting
begins. Throughout the year, the rockscapes and scenery are awesome. New beginners and horse fanatics
alike can enjoy anything from an hour’s to a full day’s ride. Demand is high, so the earlier the
